NEW FACILITIES FOR MAPSL

MAPSL moved into its new premises at the start of 2022.  These are located nearer to the entrance to Rochester Airport, so that visitors are not required to enter any part of the active airport.  It comprise a hangar building approximately 90 ft x 50 ft which is slightly greater than the total floor area of the old life-expired buildings.  

The interior has been partially divided to include a shop and visitors centre, an office, machine shop, compressor room, stores and a crew room.  A mezzanine floor at one side provides additional working and storage areas.
