It is with great pleasure that Medway Aircraft Preservation Society Ltd.
announces the news that
Her Majesty The Queen
has graciously agreed to continue her patronage to MAPSL.
This is a great honour for the Company and its volunteers.
Our Patron's Visit - 2nd February 2022
Our Patron, then HRH The Duchess of Cornwall, paid a flying visit to MAPSL on 2 February 2022 as part of a tour of North Kent. She was welcomed by the "MAPS Chaps" and saw a display of current projects that had just been moved into the new workshop, effectively formally opening it.

Visit by our Patron - 2011
Following her visit to us in 2011, Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cornwall graciously agreed to become MAPSL's patron. She is seem here with MAPSL's former MD Lewis Deal, MBE examining the section of the Boulton-Paul Defiant where the turret is fitted.
During her visit, she was presented with Honorary Membership of MAPSL by our former Chairman Malcolm Moulton, commenting that she was proud to become a "MAPS Chap".
